1. THE STANDARD OF SERVICE
Niftee One provides elite photography and digital ecosystem services. By booking a session or accessing the Fantasy Photos platform, you agree to the rigorous architectural standards and legal framework defined in our Master Terms.
2. THE PRICING SUITE
The Base: $125 (Natural Light).
Upgrades: +$25 (Portable Light), +$75 (Studio Softbox).
Specialty: Editorial ($300), Events ($300+), Portraiture (Tiered).
Travel: $1,000+ base plus expenses. 
3. BOOKING & COMMITMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock your slot. Final payment is due prior to the release of high-resolution assets. We accept Credit, Apple Pay, Cash App, and Zelle.
4. ASSET DELIVERY & IP
Final edits are delivered within 48 hours via a secure Google Photos album. Niftee One retains copyright, but upon full payment, clients are granted an irrevocable, worldwide license for all personal and commercial use.
5. THE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM (FANTASY PHOTOS)
Users must be 18+. The platform operates a high-resolution, zero-nudity algorithm. Competitions are governed by real-time participant thresholds and secure Stripe-integrated wallet mechanics.
